GB Margarita - 2 oz. 100% Blue Agave Silver or Resposado Tequila - I like Herradura Silver or Hornitos Resposado Juice of 1 and 1/2 limes - buy a pliers type lime squeezer from Williams Sonoma, 3/4 oz. Triple Sec or if you are like me and don't like Triple Sec try a splash of OJ instead or just a little more agave. 2 to 3 tbs. of Blue Agave syrup.  Garnish with a lime slice.

Watermelon Blast -  Puree watermelon in a blender mix 2 parts juice with 1 part distilled vodka. Serve over ice. Can go with more juice if you plan on drinking more than a couple. Cantaloupe works well too. A summer time party favorite. You will be a hero.

Pineapple Cooler

Pineapple Cooler

Pineapple Cooler - This takes some planning but is well worth it. Cut up a whole pineapple in 1 inch chunks. Put pineapple in large glass jar and cover with good unflavored vodka. Put in cool dark place for 3 months. The pineapple will absorb about half the alcohol from the vodka and becomes very strong. The liquid is just about perfect straight over ice. Another great summer treat. It is also a great Christmas present. The pineapple chunks can be used as garnish or used in adult smoothies.
